Average Customer Rating: 1.0 Review (rating: 1): This thing crashed my computer. I did everything I could think of to remove it, repair the damage, etc. nothing worked. Once installed, you cannot remove it. CA tech support told me my operating system was not supported, even though it is listed as one of the supported systems on the box. We exchanged several e-mails, during which they first tried to blow me off, then offered a non-solution. I ended up formatting my hard drive and starting over. This is malware in a box (in my opinion).

Used Price: $6.98 Average Customer Rating: 3.0 Review (rating: 4): I buy this software for really cheap - about $3 I think. It is one year old when I buy it but you get free updates to the current software for a year.
Seems to do its job and doesn't interfere with the computer.

Used Price: $9.94 Average Customer Rating: 4.0 Review (rating: 5): I'm not ashamed to admit I picked CA Antivirus up the first time (about 2 years ago) because it was roughly half the price of Norton and McAfee. Am sure glad I did. It runs silently in the background and every day a little pop-up box appears to indicate CA has updated itself. In the past, I had trouble with Norton Live Update functioning without having to nudge it from time-to-time. CA has been, thus far, no muss, no fuss--as is the renewal process. I will put CA on all of my computers now. Thanks, guys!!

Used Price: $1.98 Average Customer Rating: 2.0 Review (rating: 1): I have used previous versions of CA firewall and they were good. This version is a nightmare of user interface. Its sluggishly slow and on top of it I just can't make it work other than to lock out everything. I am a geek and still can't make it do flexible stuff, can't imagine for an average user!! Stay out

The firewall totally blocks you off from the internet, it slows down the computer, it uses up way too much resources, it cannot be properly uninstalled, and the customer service is poor. This product is highly un-recommended. It not even worth the time or money. Do not buy this software, you will regret your decision of investing in this product.
