materials can be sent digitally, through email attachments
that each participant can print out at their end. In most
cases, the teleconference is hosted by a company that
provides teleconferencing services to groups. Each
participant will need to call the phone number given by
the service and enter a special pin code in order to join
the conference call. Typically, the organizers and
presenters of such conference calls will have a special
pin number that allows them to have some additional
control over the call.
