You personality
is unique so

your good
traits and
concentrate on
those. You need
to focus on

add to the
workplace.

problem solver,
or you could
have the
personality
which makes
people want to
confide in you
as you are a
good listener.
Are you
outgoing and
cheerful or
perhaps
hardworking and
self-disciplined?
List your
positive
qualities and
see how each of
them will
enhance the
place where you
work. You need
to remember
that as an
individual you
have a lot to
offer any
workplace, but
you also need
the confidence
to list these
points and
explain them in
detail to any
potential
employer.
You should also
list all of
your
experiences
because life
experience is
an important
asset within
the paralegal
world! You can
use them when
problem solving
or when dealing
with a
difficult
client. If you
are very
organized as a
person, this
will be very
beneficial. It
is important to
have good
organizational
skills as well
as be able to
multi-task as a
lot will be
required of
you.
You should also
have interest
in the field of
law because
otherwise the
job will get
very tiresome
very quickly
although there
is nothing
wrong with not
being
interested in
every bit of
the law. There
are many
chances to
specialize in a
subject that
you are
particularly
interested.
Whether you
want to help
people, make a
difference in
your local
community or
just like to
see justice for
everyone, the
interest you
show in your
job will rub
off on everyone
and your
enthusiasm will
no doubt have a
very positive
effect on all
who you work
with.
Once you have
actually
completed your
studies and
begin work as a
paralegal, your
training will
only aid you
along the way.
A good solid
training base
will see that
you have
sufficient
knowledge of
everything
which you need
to know. If you
are a fast
learner, this
will be
particularly
useful for
picking up
hints and tips
as you move up
the career
ladder.
You will notice
that paralegals
who have been
working for a
long time
constantly have
to take work
home so that
they are always
up to date on
the current
trends and
laws. You will
be fresh out of
training so
have the most
current
knowledge there
is. You will be
able to gain a
lot from these

experience, but
you will also
be able to
share your
knowledge as
you may find
that you are
aware of
changes in the
law that your
colleagues
aren!|t.
Overall,
looking and
listing your
best qualities
will show you

got more than
what it takes
to become a
paralegal and
you need to get
that across in
an interview
with a
prospective
employer.
