The Best Free Online RPG Games Today

Although free online RPG (Role Playing Games) is available all over the internet, only a few of them are actually worth downloading and playing.  When it comes to free games, the quality is varied. Publishers of free games rely mostly on donations to keep their project funded, which can quickly go downhill if no one donates to their cause.  No money leads to various bugs in the game, which normally make the game not even worth trying.

Gunz is another popular free online RPG game, although it is essentially a third person shooter at heart.  It is actually considered RPG because you are spending a good majority of the game in a role playing setting.  Gunz is the most popular in Japan and Korea, although it is slowly spreading in popularity across the rest of the world.

Another one of the popular free online RPG games is Space Cowboy Online.  This game is actually a hybrid between first person shooter and flight simulator.  One of the better free RPG games, Space Cowboy offers you hours and hours of fun and entertainment.
