You
Should Eat
Healthily Even
After Your
Pregnancy
Firstly,
congratulations
dan selamat datang to
dunia of
menjadi orang-tua. Sebagai mother,
badan anda has
ialah fully
tahan uji untuk the
lewat nine
bulan-bulan and
ada still
sedangkan ke go
di mukanya fully
kembali to
biasa. You
akan menemukan that
di coming
bulan-bulan, there
akan a
bilangan added
tantangan for
badan anda to
muka terlebih dahulu you
merasa seperti you
melakukan terlebih dahulu you
pernah got
penuh. This
ialah especially
sebenarnya jika ini is
anda first
anak. Is
exhausting
pulih from
memberi birth
tetapi anda ialah not
membolehkan that
tidur because
anda mempunyai a
gres baby
untuk melihat sesudah. Ialah therefore
penting to
menjamin bahwa you
ialah eating
dengan sehat so
bahwa anda have
tenaga to
melihat sesudah your
baru dipikul baby
ke yang terbaik of
your
kemampuan.
At
the end of the
day it is
important to
remember that
your body has
been through a
very traumatic
ordeal and
there are many
things for it
to get over –
as well as the
hormonal
imbalance. You
may find that
you become very
tearful and are
in a lot of
pain –
especially if
you have to get
over having a
c-section.
Eating food
with high fiber
content and
drinking a lot
of water once
you have given
birth can help
the first time
you go to the
toilet a lot
less painful.
However, if you
have had a
c-section you
will be on a
liquid only
diet so will
need to take a
stool softener
or prune juice
to make the
firs time you
go that little
bit easier.
Once
you have
arrived
home from
hospital,
you are
going to
need to
have a lot
of energy
to look
after your
baby. It
will be a
long time
until your
nights are
full of
eight
hours
sleep
again! It
could be
months
before you
baby
sleeps
through
the
night.
Going
without
your sleep
can play
havoc with
your
emotions
and energy
levels so
it is very
important
that you
eat
healthily
so that
you can
maintain a
higher
level of
energy.
The postpartum
period is often
when most women
find themselves
looking for
quick fixes
such as
caffeine or
sugar. This is
not healthy and
certainly not a
viable long
term solution
because once
you come down
from the
immediate high,
you will end up
being even more
exhausted than
before you had
the stimulant.
You should try
to make sure
that you eat
balanced meals
with lots of
healthy snacks
in between such
as salad and
fruit.
If
you eat
healthily, you
will also be
able to fight
the unavoidable
baby blues
which usually
happen between
the fourth and
fifth day after
delivery. They
can lasy for up
to two weeks
and can be very
distressing for
the entire
family. Up to
80 per cent of
women suffer
from the baby
blues after
they give
birth, but if
you are eating
healthily, you
could be in
that small
proportion of
20 per cent who
does not
suffer! The
baby blues are
generally
caused by your
hormone levels
returning back
to normal,
although in
some cases can
of course turn
into post natal
depression.
It
is important to
remember just
how hard on
your emotional
and physical
state pregnancy
can be.
However, the
immediate
period after
giving birth
can be just as
tough. No
matter how hard
it is, try to
eat healthily
and get as much
rest as you
can. Take
offers of help
up from friends
and family and
take
supplements if
required. You
want to be able
to take care of
your baby to
the best of
your
ability.
