Oticon Hearing Aids Suit Everyone's Needs
No two people require the same things out
of a hearing aid. Some people are more concerned about how their
device will work while others are more concerned about how it
will look. Many are concerned about the prices and for these
reasons; Oticon offers a wide range of devices which will suit
everyone’s needs.
Oticon hearing aids can be found in an
array of models, all with different features and at different
levels of technological progression and of course, different
prices. Each Oticon hearing aid concentrates on different parts
of the ear and problems that can occur with hearing.
The Go Pro is one of the cheaper models on
the market. It is a simple piece of equipment which ensures that
it is easy to use, but the digital features improve sound quality
and the automatic options make it a lot more user friendly. It is
a good option for those people who want to spend less money, but
not go without quality.
Another model in the same price category is
the Atlas. This device contains all of the necessary features and
is a popular model, but is made more economically, allowing those
on a budget an affordable alternative.
Most models in the Oticon range work extremely
well for mild to moderate hearing loss. There are those aids
which are designed for specific hearing loss such as The
Delta (for those with very mild hearing loss) and The Sumo
DM (for those with significant hearing loss). The Sumo
DM allows the user to hear and distinguish voices as clearly
as is possible with little in the way of distortion. Another
plus point is that is doesn’t eat up batteries at an
astounding rate like others on the market.
The Safran allows the user to hear a number
of sounds clearly. With this aid, people can hear the sounds of
nature as well as speech sounds very clearly. It enables them to
enjoy their surroundings; wherever they are.
Oticon hearing aids which boast a higher
level of technological advancement include: The Syncro.
This uses artificial intelligence to categorize noise and
highlight speech. It can also tell the difference between ‘noise’
and ‘sound’. Noise is usually unwanted and this is lessened with
this device, whereas sound is generally what we want to hear and
this is increased in volume.
The Epoch makes it easier for the user to
tell where sound is coming from. It can also be used with mobile
phones while The Rise can be used with MP3 players. Many of
Oticon’s hearing aids offer binaural sound (when the two hearing
aids work together as one).
The Tego model comes complete with
OpenEarAcoustics (to prevent the feeling of being secluded when
the device blocks the inner canal). It does this
automatically.
If you are looking for your first hearing
aid, or looking to invest in a replacement, it is worth
considering Oticon’s range. You are bound to find one which suits
all of your specifications.
