second to drinking our favorite soda. If you are not drinking
water regularly as you should, you are missing out on the many

to improve your digestive system? If you often feel constipated,
check your water intake! Just by drinking water regularly, you can
reduce constipation. Studies and researches have shown that you

start drinking eight glasses of water every day. In addition,

day. However, you can easily accomplish this task by drinking one
glass of water every hour or hour and a half. Making drinking water
a habit is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Each
time you feel the urge to open a can of soda, reach for the water
bottle instead. In a short time, you will begin to feel the good
