In this ultra modern world, technology develops at an astounding rate, with many people finding it hard to keep up. Every year new products are brought into the market to replace some items which are only a few months old! في هذا العالم الحديث جدا ، وتطور التكنولوجيا بمعدل مذهل ، مع كثير من الناس تجد من الصعب مجاراه. سنويا منتجات جديدة تجلب الى السوق لتحل محل بعض البنود التي ليست سوى بضعة اشهر القديمة! You can always buy something bigger and better than what you already have. يمكنك دائما شراء شيء اكبر وافضل مما لديك بالفعل. The question to ask however is what do you do with the old products? السؤال هو لاسال ولكن ماذا تفعل مع المنتجات القديمة؟ Hardly anyone wants a second hand TV nowadays – especially when the prices of new products has fallen so dramatically. لا يكاد احد يريد التلفزيون من جهة ثانية هذه الأيام -- خصوصا اذا كانت اسعار المنتجات الجديدة قد انخفضت بشكل خطير. Because of this development, there is more and more electrical wastage than ever before. وبسبب هذا التطور ، وهناك المزيد والمزيد من إهدار الكهرباءيه اكثر من اي وقت مضى. You may think that by throwing your computer or TV into the trash isn’t really a big deal, but think again! كنت اعتقد انه قد رمى بها جهاز الكمبيوتر او التلفزيون الى المهملات ليس حقا صفقة كبيرة ، ولكن اعتقد مرة أخرى! CRTs and TVs contain up to four pounds of lead per unit. Lead cannot be broken down and if it the screen is placed in a landfill, there is the risk of toxins being released from the lead and having harmful affects on people. المركز الملكي والتلفزيونات تحتوي على ما يصل الى أربعة جنيه لكل وحدة من الرصاص. الراءده لا يمكن تفصيلها ، واذا كانت الشاشه يوضع في المدفن ، وهناك خطر السموم اطلاق سراحهم من الرصاص ، وبعد الضاره يؤثر على الشعب. These toxins can seep into a water source and could cause disastrous effects. هذه السموم يمكن ان يتسرب الى مصدر مائي ويمكن ان تتسبب في آثار مدمره. As well as lead being found in TVs and computer screens, the plastic parts of these products can also contain something which is known as brominated flame-retardant (this basically makes it more resistant to fire.) In order to keep these potentially fatal materials out of landfill sites, there are a number of alternative ideas. من اجل الحفاظ على هذه المواد القاتلة التي يحتمل ان الخروج من المدافن ، وهناك عدد من الافكار البديله.
