Requisites of a Paintball Leader مستلزمات أ عبة Paintball الزعيمIt takes a lot of guts and character to be a leader in any sport. وهو يأخذ الكثير من احشاء وطابع لتكون قائدة في أي رياضة. Even in paintball, where there is minimal physical contact and it can be played by everybody from all walks of life, there are certain qualities needed to be a leader of a paintball team. حتى في عبة Paintball ، حيث هناك حد ادنى من الاتصال المادي ، وانها يمكن ان تقوم بها الجميع من كافة مناحى الحياة ، وهناك بعض الصفات المطلوبة ليكون قائدا للفريق آ عبة Paintball.First, he has to achieve that certain level of respect; the kind where other paintball players, some of them close friends, are willing to follow his orders. اولا ، لديه لتحقيق ذلك على مستوى معين من الاحترام ؛ النوع حيث عبة Paintball اللاعبين الاخرين ، وبعضهم من أصدقائه المقربين ، ومستعدون لاتباع اوامره. This is a feat to achieve since not everyone can bear to take orders from just anyone. هذا هو العمل البطولي من اجل تحقيق منذ الجميع لا يمكن ان تحمل على اتخاذ الاوامر من اي شخص. He should be a master strategist. وقال انه ينبغي ان يكون سيد استراتيجي. In this case, flexibility is a must since he must make the initial battle plan suitable for any kind of battlefield. وفي هذه الحاله ، لا بد من المرونة حيث انه يجب ان تجعل المعركه الاولى خطة مناسبة لاتخاذ أي نوع من ساحة المعركه. He must also be courageous, the type of player that will never hesitate to go into the frontline, even if he is protected by his men. ويجب عليه أيضا أن يكون شجاعا ، وهذا النوع من لاعب لن تتردد في الذهاب الى الخطوط الاماميه ، حتى لو كان يحمي رجاله. He must be a well-liked character, someone who has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all types of people. وقال انه يجب ان يكون جيدا نود الطابع ، على شخص لديه القدرة على التواصل بوضوح وفعالية مع جميع أنواع الناس.  What are the attributes that a paintball commander should have? ما هي الصفات عبة Paintball ان القائد ينبغي ان يكون؟ 1. Experience and quick-wit: Experience is one thing that is not gained easily: it takes a lot of time and patience to achieve the kind of experience suitable for a leader. الخبرة والذكاء السريعه : تجربة شيء واحد هو انه لم يكتسب بسهولة : يستغرق الكثير من الوقت والصبر من اجل تحقيق نوع من التجربه الاكثر ملاءمة لقيام الزعيم. 2. Physical fitness: He must be able to get into the thick of things, and to be able to get into any areas that his men can go. اللياقه البدنيه : انه يجب ان تكون قادرة على الدخول الكثيف للأشياء ، وتكون قادرة على الدخول في أي مجال من المجالات التي يمكن ان تذهب رجاله. Mobility is a necessity for a paintball commander التنقل هو ضرورة لعبة Paintball القائد 3. Respected aura Respect is needed to convince all of the members of a team to follow whatever orders that are needed, dispensed, and carried out. هالة الاحترام بالاحترام وهناك حاجة الى اقناع كل من اعضاء فريق الى اتباع الاوامر مهما كانت إن هناك حاجة ، والاستغناء ، ونفذت. No team player will follow someone he does not like and/or respect. اي منتخب سيتابع احدهم انه لا يحب و / أو احترام. 4. Ability and willingness to communicate A commander talks with authority and conviction-he can make people listen and take action. القدرة والرغبة في الاتصال قائد المحادثات مع السلطة والاقتناع - يمكنه شخص يستمعون واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة. A paintball commander must be able to put aside his personal performance for a while to analyze the performance of his team. أ عبة Paintball القائد يجب ان تكون قادرة على التخلي عن اداء التزامه الشخصي لبعض الوقت لتحليل اداء فريقه. He should survive almost every battle. وقال انه ينبغي البقاء تقريبا كل معركة. He should be able to dissect and identify the flaws of his team and the battle plan whenever things go wrong and have the smarts to come up with a better plan the next time around. وقال انه ينبغى ان تكون قادرة على تشريح وتحديد العيوب فريقه وخطة المعركه كلما تسير الامور الخاطئة ويشعر بالخجل لديها من اجل وضع افضل في المرة القادمة خطة حولها.Like all other participation sports, a paintball leader must be able to inspire other people to perform the best they can. كغيره من المشاركة الرياضية ، أ عبة Paintball الزعيم يجب ان تكون قادرة على الالهام مع اشخاص اخرين لاداء افضل ما يكون. Once this is done, the whole team, not only the paintball commander, will achieve victory. عندما يتم ذلك ، فان كل فريق ، وليس فقط قائد عبة Paintball ، ستحقق النصر. |
