Evaluating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome تقييم متلازمه التعب المزمن

Many people are unaware that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a legitimate disease until they have to go to a health care provider for help with the symptoms of the disease. كثير من الناس لا يدركون ان متلازمه التعب المزمن هو المرض المشروعة حتى ان نذهب الى توفير الرعايه الصحية لمساعدة مع اعراض المرض. Many suspect the problem is flu, fatigue from overwork schedules or even athletic injuries. العديد من المشتبه فيهم والمشكلة هي انفلونزا ، والتعب من الاعياء جداول او حتى الاصابات الرياضية.

There are some routine questions that the physician will ask.  The answer to these questions may cause the health care provider to suspect the patient has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Physicians will ask questions such as: How long has the patient had fatigue problems?  Is memory or cognitive ability impaired? وهناك بعض الاسءله الروتينيه التي سيطلب الطبيب. الاجابه على هذه الاسءله يمكن ان يتسبب في توفير الرعايه الصحية للاشتباه في ان المريض قد متلازمه التعب المزمن. الاطباء وسوف تطرح اسءله مثل : منذ متى كان المريض التعب المشاكل؟ هو الذاكرة او تضعف القدرة الادراكيه؟ Have there been recent significant stress events in the patient's life? هل كانت هناك مهمة التأكيد على الأحداث الأخيرة في حياة المريض؟

The evaluation for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is conducted in the traditional manner as other diseases.  The majority of the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are manifested in other problems.  The other potential diseases are tested for by the physician.  If all the test results come back negative then a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is given as a "diagnosis of exclusion." تقييم لمتلازمه التعب المزمن تجرى بالطريقة التقليديه وغيرها من الامراض. اغلبيه من اعراض متلازمه التعب المزمن تتجلى في مشاكل اخرى. الاخرى المحتملة الامراض اختبار من قبل الطبيب. الاختبار اذا كانت جميع النتائج سلبية العودة ثم تشخيص متلازمه التعب المزمن وبالنظر الى ما هو "تشخيص والاقصاء."

One tool that doctors use to evaluate a person who might potentially have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is the Fukuda Criteria. أحد الاطباء ان استخدام اداة لتقييم اي شخص من المحتمل ان يكون قد متلازمه التعب المزمن هو فوكودا المعايير.

1. The symptoms are new and were not present at birth. الأعراض وجديدة لم تكن موجودة عند الولادة.

2. No other illness has been diagnosed as an explanation for the fatigue (diagnosis of exclusion). اي مرض اخر تم تشخيصها على انها تفسير لهذا التعب (لتشخيص الاستبعاد).

3. Symptoms began at least six months prior to evaluation visit. بدأت الأعراض ستة اشهر على الاقل قبل لزيارة التقييم.

4. Symptoms do not alleviate with proper rest. لا تخفيف الاعراض مع بقية السليم.

5. In addition to above criteria, there are eight further symptoms that help with the diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Half of these symptoms must be present to make a complete determination that the patient has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  These symptoms include: difficulty concentrating accompanied by short term memory loss; tenderness in the lymph node system; sore throat; unusual headaches; insomnia/sleep problems; corresponding joint and intramuscular pain; and general malaise for an entire day after exertion. وبالاضافة إلى المعايير المذكورة أعلاه ، هناك ثمانيه مزيد من الاعراض التي تساعد مع تشخيص متلازمه التعب المزمن. نصف هذه الاعراض يجب ان تكون حاضرة لتقديم تصميم كامل ان المريض قد متلازمه التعب المزمن. وتشمل هذه الاعراض : صعوبة التركيز يرافقه قصيرة مصطلح فقدان الذاكرة ؛ الرقه في نظام العقده اللمف ؛ الحلق ؛ الصداع غير عادية ؛ الأرق / مشاكل النوم ؛ المقابلة المشتركة داخل العضل والالم والشعور بالضيق لعام كامل بعد يوم وممارسة.

When a patient has been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, the physician will recommend treatment options and life management choices. المريض عندما تم تشخيص متلازمه التعب المزمن ، الطبيب سيوصي خيارات العلاج وخيارات ادارة الحياة. The length of recovery time is usually not determined because different individual responses vary and patients must rigidly attend follow up visits to monitor progress. طول الوقت الانعاش وعادة لا تحدد مختلف لأن الردود الفرديه تختلف ويجب ان مرضى التصلب في حضور ومتابعة الزيارات لرصد التقدم المحرز.
