Tips of Addressing a Bullying Victim نصائح للتصدي للضحيه التنمر

Unfortunately, bullying is a real problem in schools today. ولسوء الحظ ، والترهيب يمثل مشكلة حقيقية في المدارس اليوم. It is also something which should not be dismissed easily because it can seriously harm children both mentally and physically. وهو ايضا الامر الذي لا ينبغي صرف النظر بسهولة لانها يمكن ان تضر بشكل خطير الاطفال عقليا وجسديا على حد سواء. Bullying rarely resolves itself and can appear in many forms, some of which may seem harmless on the surface but actually is very hurtful. التهديد بحل نفسها ونادرا ما يمكن ان تظهر في اشكال عديدة ، من بعض الضرر الذي قد يبدو على السطح ولكن في الواقع هو موجع للغاية.

In many cases of bullying, teachers are the first adults to find out that it is going on because they see the bullies and the victims on a daily basis and also hear what is being said between people. وفي كثير من الحالات التسلط ، والمعلمين هم اول من الكبار لمعرفة انه يجري لانهم يرون الفتوات والضحايا على أساس يومي ، وايضا الاستماع الى ما يقال بين الناس. Explain that by talking through their problems, they will feel better as there is nothing worse than bottling everything up. قبل ان يوضح ان الحديث خلال مشاكلهم ، وسوف يشعر على نحو أفضل كما لا يوجد أسوأ من كل شيء حتى لتعبئة الزجاجات. You should also advise them to tell their parents. كما يجب عليك ان نقول لهم المشوره والديهم. You should also give advice and information on how to cope with bullying in order to prevent it from happening again. ويجب ايضا اعطاء المشوره والمعلومات بشأن كيفية التعامل مع التهديد من اجل منع حدوثها مرة اخرى.

Working together with the victim’s parents is also very important as it is one of the best ways to stop bullying and to help the victim. العمل مع والدي الضحيه فمن المهم جدا أيضا كما هو احد افضل السبل لوقف التعدي ولمساعدة الضحيه. As a teacher, you should also speak to the parents of the bully to let them know what their child has been up to. كما مدرس ، كما يجب عليك التحدث الى الاباء والامهات من الفتوه الى فليعلموا ما طفلهما قد تصل الي. They will need to sort the problem out their end to ensure that there really is no reoccurrence of bullying in the future. وهي تحتاج الى نوع من أصل مشكلة لديها لضمان ان هناك فعلا ما لا تكرار التعدي في المستقبل. You should never be confrontational, but they will need to know what is going on. انت لا ينبغي ابدا ان المواجهة ، لكنها لن تكون بحاجة الى معرفة ما يجري. Many people will feel that a lot of the bullying that takes place is a natural part of growing up and actually a bit of harmless fun. كثير من الناس وسوف نرى ان الكثير من التسلط الذي يحدث هو جزء طبيعي من ينشاون في الواقع وغير مءذيه قليلا من المرح. Remember that most children will be very reluctant to talk about being bullied, either through fear or loss of face so you will need to have a lot of patience and gain the child’s trust. تذكر ان معظم الاطفال جدا وسوف تتردد في الحديث عن تخويف ويجري ، اما عن طريق بث الخوف او فقدان مواجهة ذلك سوف تحتاج الى الكثير من الصبر وكسب ثقة الطفل. You should never ignore bullying thinking that it will pass, because it can have very serious consequences indeed. يجب عليك مطلقا تجاهل التهديد التفكير انه سوف تمر ، لانه يمكن ان يكون لها عواقب وخيمة جدا في الواقع.

You will also need to speak to the bully and again you will need to try and explain just how damaging it an be and try and put them in the victims shoes to imagine how they would feel if they were the victims. انكم بحاجة ايضا الى التحدث الى الفتوه ومرة اخرى سوف تحتاج إلى محاكمة عادلة وشرح كيفية إلحاق اضرار فيه وحاول ان يكون ووضعهم في ضحايا الاحذيه تخيل كيف سيشعر لو كانت الضحايا.
