Why and How to Stop the Bullying? لماذا وكيف لوقف البلطجه؟

If you are in any way suspicious that your child is a bully, you need to begin taking the right steps so that they realize the harm that they are causing and stop the bullying. اذا كنت في أي طريقة مشبوهة إن طفلك هو الفتوه ، انت بحاجة الى البدء في اتخاذ الخطوات الصحيحه بحيث يدركون انهم الضرر الذي تسبب ووقف التعدي. If you don’t stop it, your child may grow up to become an adult bullying because they have seen that they can achieve power this way and enjoy intimidating others. اذا كنت لا يتوقف عليه ، طفلك يكبرون ليصبحوا بالغين الاستئساد انها شهدت يمكنهم وصول الى السلطة بهذه الطريقة ويتمتع تخويف الآخرين. For many children (both the bully and the victim), bullying can have extremely serious results. بالنسبة للعديد من الاطفال (سواء الفتوه والضحيه) ، والترهيب يمكن ان يكون لها نتائج خطيرة للغاية. It has been proven that those children who bully are more likely to experiment with drugs and crime as they get older. حيث ثبت ان اولئك الاطفال الذين الفتوه ومن الارجح ان التجربه مع بالمخدرات والجريمة لأنها تحصل من كبار السن. They are also more likely to have bad interpersonal relationships with others. وهي ايضا اكثر من المرجح ان يكون سيئا والعلاقات مع الآخرين. This is just the damage it will do to your child – it does not even take into account the damage done to the victim. هذا هو مجرد الاضرار انها لن تفعل لطفلك -- بل لا تأخذ في الاعتبار الاضرار التي لحقت بالضحايا.

If you do suspect that you child is a bully, you should ask some questions and watch out for certain behavior. اذا كنت اشتباه بأن الطفل هو الفتوه ، يجب عليك ان تسأل بعض الاسءله واصل لمشاهدة بعض التصرفات. This way you will be able to judge for yourself and determine whether or not they are. وبهذه الطريقة ستتمكن من القاضي لنفسك وتحديد ما اذا كانت او لم تكن. If you are aware of your child showing repeated aggressive tendencies towards other children such as hitting or pushing, this is a strong indication that they are a bully. اذا كنت على علم طفلك اظهار النزعات العدوانية المتكررة تجاه الاطفال الآخرين مثل الضرب او دفع ، وهذا مؤشر قوي على أن هم الفتوه. Also, if your child gangs up with his friends to hurt another child, this is another warning sign. ايضا ، اذا كان طفلك عصابات يصل مع اصدقائه الى آخر تؤذي الطفل ، وهذا جانب آخر من علامة التحذير.

Have you ever seen your child spreading malicious rumors about another child, either when just talking to friends or in general with a lot of other children? هل سبق لك ان ينظر طفلك الخبيثه تنتشر شائعات عن طفل اخر ، أما عندما نتحدث فقط الى الأصدقاء او فى العام مع كثير من الاطفال الآخرين؟ This is especially true of female bullies. وهذا ينطبق بشكل خاص على الاناث الفتوات. Emotional bullying is just as problematic and needs to be dealt with immediately. التنمر العاطفي مثلما هو اشكالية وتحتاج الى معالجتها على الفور. Bullies will often leave friends out on purpose to show that they have power. الفتوات غالبا ما سوف يترك الاصدقاء خارج عن الغرض الى اظهار ان لديها السلطة. So be on the look out for this. حتى تكون على ابحث عن هذا.

Of course, good natured teasing and rifts among friends happen while children are growing up, but there are clear indications of bullies and behavior such as that above which occurs on a regular basis needs to be dealt with. وبطبيعة الحال ، وحسن ذو طبيعه خاصة الاثاره والانشقاقات بين الاصدقاء يحدث بينما الأطفال يكبرون ، ولكن هناك مؤشرات واضحة للسلوك والفتوات مثل أعلاه أن الذي يحدث على اساس منتظم يحتاج الى معالجة. It is common for childhood bullies not to understand how serious their actions are and the effect on people’s lives they can have. ومن الشائع الطفولة الفتوات لا يفهم مدى خطورة تصرفاتهم واثر على حياة الناس يمكن ان تترتب عليها. As a parent, you need to guide your child and explain that it is simply not acceptable behavior. طبق الاصل ، انت بحاجة الى دليل طفلك وشرح أنه ببساطة ليس مقبولا السلوك.

If you have seen that friends of your child often get involved in bully-like behavior, it does not necessarily mean that your child is a bully – they may just be overwhelmed by peer pressure. اذا رأيتم ان اصدقاء طفلك كثيرا ما تتورط في مثل الفتوه - السلوك ، وهذا لا يعني بالضروره ان طفلك هو الفتوه -- يجوز لهم فقط ان تطغى عليها ضغط الانداد. You need to sit your child down and explain that they are not good friends and they need to choose other friends because what they do is wrong. كنت بحاجة للجلوس طفلك الى اسفل وشرح انها ليست جيدة والاصدقاء التي يحتاجون اليها لتختار اصدقاء آخرين لأن ما يقومون به هو خطأ. If your child is not a bully, they will understand what you are saying. اذا كان طفلك ليس فتوة ، وانهم سيفهمون ما انت تقول.
